Enjoy this warmup, don't worry if your warrior is not as good as you would do later on in a class. This is just a warm up.
Gratitude Warm Up
Don’t know how I came by this but it is very powerful. Jesus said we should love our neighbour as ourselves, so He recognised you need to love yourself too. Once you start being happy and content with yourself, it is so much easier to spread out waves of positivity to the world. So take time to look after yourself too :-)
